Rhode Islanders for Fair Elections is a coalition of organizations and individuals working tirelessly to pass necessary campaign finance reforms such as the Transparency in Political Spending Act and the Rhode Island Fair Elections Act.

We believe that Rhode Island deserves a system of elections that are fair, equal, and transparent—that our government ought to be accountable to “we the people,” all of them. Political offices should not be sold to the highest bidder, and elected officials should be responsive to their voters, not special interests.
